The mission of the Personnel Office is to recommend for hire and retain employees who will provide and support services to the pubic in the most productive, economical and user-friendly manner.

The mission incorporates the fostering of an inclusive, respectful and diverse workforce reflective of the community at large, providing a safe workplace, fair wages, competitive benefits and training opportunities and the compliance with applicable laws, regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
